- Product Warranties
All products sold on PeteTruckParts.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, but PeteTruckParts does not provide any warranty for any product we sell other than that of the manufacturer. Terms and length vary by product and manufacturer; however the majority of products are covered by a standard 1 year free-replacement warranty. If you have questions about individual products, please give us a call or reach out via our contact us form.
CAT parts have a unique warranty situation. If there is a reman part available, CAT will only warranty up to the value of the reman part. Otherwise, CAT will warranty the full value of the part. If you have any questions on the warranty of your part, please contact us and we can look it up.
If you should have a return, please read the following carefully as these are the steps to ensure your item gets credited to your account correctly.
Contact us directly for all returns, regardless of damaged, defective, or for any reason. We will provide you with all information that you need to process the return. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. If you need a replacement product immediately, we require that you purchase and pay for the replacement product. Once we have received the defective part, if we are able to confirm that the product is warrantable, we will issue credit immediately. Many products must be returned to the manufacturer to process warranty claims. If that is the case, we will create a warranty claim with the manufacturer and ship your product within 2 business days. We will update you and process the claim immediately once we have been notified by the manufacturer. If the claim is approved, credit will be issued to the payment method that was used to purchase the product.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, PeteTruckParts and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained herein. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
